3-day Enthusiast's Tour
For those who can never get enough of the Loire Valley. I know we can’t!
We will take you to a large number of Loire Valley wine producing areas to taste the full range of Loire Valley wines (excluding the far west of the region). Fantastic and great value wines, white, rosé, red, sparkling and sweet; we have some real treats to share with you.
You cannot claim to have seen the Loire Valley without visiting some of the castles, chateaux, gardens and other sites of interest and each day we plan in just such a visit, guiding you around one of the historic buildings and explaining its role in French and world history.
Lunches are included and offer an opportunity to see at first-hand how the locals live and eat.
Your guide is with you all day, each day and will help with translations, while explaining local life, history and culture. In common with our other tours we can adapted and change the itinerary according to your preferences but in every case we aim to show you the “hidden France” that we have discovered for you after years living and working in the region.
Please note: Clients will choose and book their accommodation for the week, some selecting our own renovated cottages at our home in the village of Chabris.
Those organising their own accommodation should do so in the immediate area close to Chabris. Please ask if you are not sure.
